This Privacy Policy explains how Galaxy Merge ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app. We have built Galaxy Merge to collect as little information as possible. If you have any questions, contact us at info@galaxymerge.com.
None that personally identifies you. Galaxy Merge has no accounts, no login, and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, or location. Your gameplay preferences (such as how many ad-reward launches you have remaining) are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.
Anonymous gameplay statistics. The app keeps global tallies of in-game actions — for example, how many times each object has been launched, or how many black holes have been created across all players. These are aggregate totals only: they contain no personal information and no device identifiers, are not linked to you, and are not used to track you. We use them to understand how the game is played and for fun community milestones.
Galaxy Merge shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. When an ad is requested or shown, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device type and operating system, and ad interaction data, in order to serve and measure ads. This processing is carried out by Google, not by us, under Google's own policies:
We restrict the ads served in Galaxy Merge to general-audience ("G-rated") content. We do not allow gambling, alcohol, dating, or adult/suggestive ads.
Galaxy Merge is intended for a general audience (ages 13 and up) and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact info@galaxymerge.com and we will address it. Parents who install the app for younger children should be aware that the app displays the general-audience ads described above.
Because we do not collect personal information, we have nothing to retain or delete on our side. On-device data (your gameplay preferences) is removed when you delete the app. Data processed by Google for advertising is retained according to Google's policies linked above.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA), you may have rights regarding personal data processed about you. Because Galaxy Merge itself does not collect personal data, most requests relate to advertising data handled by Google; you can exercise choices through the device controls above and Google's tools. You may also contact us at info@galaxymerge.com with any privacy request.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
